Go fly a kite!

This is just the beginning of a photo overload from this weekend. I guess this is how it is when I take a couple of weeks of client sessions.

Harrison received a kite from Grandma & Grandpa in his Easter basket among a lot of other goodies he insists on having for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The four of us (yep even Whitney Dog) went to the levy to try the kite out after recovering from our Easter food coma this afternoon. This was Harrison's first time flying a kite; the weather couldn't be more perfect kite flying weather.

These next two photo boards are probably some of my favorite photos of all time. The quality/color is not anywhere near perfect, but the moments in the photos will be remembered always.

And after taking a long look at the hill, brought back some childhood memories. I thought it was essential to teach Harrison how to properly roll down the hill. He was very intrigued, but needed help figuring out the rolling part, he did more of a scoot on his belly down solo. As a twosome, Doug and I took turns rolling down the hill together. As soon as we reached the bottom of the hill he eagerly signed, "More." We also took video, but with the wind whipping the way it was, you can't hear anything but that wind.

Pig Pile on Whitney Dog

And it's great to see Whitney Dog back up in spirits and recovered from our past eventful weekend with her.

I am not a fan of photos of me, but I can't resist sharing his smile!
